Thorpe House School has a very active Parents' Association organising social events and raising funds for equipment which cannot be funded through fee income.
Thorpe House Parents’ Association (PA) actively organises a range of social and fundraising activities to build the school’s community spirit by bringing parents and boys together. Any funds raised by the PA will go towards projects which will enhance the boys’ experience of life at Thorpe House.
Although we are a Parents’ Association, the Headmaster attends our committee meetings and takes an active role in making the PA an integral part of school life.
There is a PA Committee, which takes on the responsibility of organising the school’s main events each year. In addition, every year group has two Class Representatives. The class representatives have a very important role as they are the main contact between the parents and the class teacher. They organise social events for their classes and support the events organised by the PA Committee.
You can support the PA by joining the committee, becoming a class representative or purely by attending our social events.
