ACADEMIC VACANCIES
Teacher of Individual Sciences
Required for September 2022
We are seeking to appoint a teacher of individual science subjects across Years 6 to 11. While candidates may specialise in one science to GCSE level, the ability to teach all sciences across key stage 3 is important.
At Thorpe House, we are proud of our excellent Science teaching and our practical focus on the subject. We have a very successful department with excellent GCSE results, and expect exciting and engaging lessons so boys maximise ability and retain an interest in Science throughout their academic career. It is also important that the teacher has a genuine interest in supporting the school and is able to work with students rather than direct them.
A candidate pack and application form are available to download below. Applications should be in the form of a completed application form and submitted, with a covering letter to the Headmaster, to Mrs Nikki Davidson, HR Officer, at [email protected].
Closing Date: 15:00hrs on Thursday 30th June
Interviews will be held week commencing Monday 4th July
