Make contact with our Admissions Team to express your interest and ask initial questions. We’ll provide you with a prospectus and arrange a visit or call at a time that suits you.

Come and experience our warm, vibrant community in person. We encourage all families to visit, either through an Open Day or a personalised tour with the Head. You’ll get a feel for our ethos, see our facilities and hear what makes Thorpe House special.

Complete our registration form and pay the non-refundable registration fee. This secures your interest and starts the formal process. We’ll request a reference from your child’s current school if applicable.

Your child will be invited for a Taster Day and informal age-appropriate assessments, depending on their year group. This allows them to experience school life, meet their peers and teachers, and helps us get to know them as an individual.

For Sixth Form entry, we’ll arrange a meeting with the Head of Sixth Form to discuss aspirations and A-Level subject choices.

Following your Taster Day and review, successful applicants will receive an offer letter and acceptance pack. You’ll have time to consider the offer, after which we’ll request a deposit to secure your child’s place.

From here, we’ll keep in touch and guide you through the exciting lead-up to joining Thorpe House!
