Flash Mob Demonstration

On Tuesday 25th February, the Eco Warriors of Thorpe House School marched in formation to their town of Chalfont St Peter, to perform the school’s first ever ‘flash mob’ event. Their motive was to raise awareness of global ecological issues, including: reducing consumerism, reusing items and recycling paper, card and plastics; to consider ocean pollution and the negative impact human refuse has on wildlife; asking people to change their mindset and attitude to save the planet God created.

The boys delivered their flash mob message via a catchy rap. They visited ‘FakeIt’ hair and beauty salon and received rapturous applause there. Then they ventured about the town repeating their passionate message. By the time they were ready to depart, they had amassed a super audience and received many compliments on their presentation, fervour and appearance.

The ‘flash mob’ represents just some of the work achieved by our Eco-Warriors, who have recently been awarded Bronze Award Eco-Status for their school.
