Charity Odd sock day
On Friday 16th October all the pupils took part in a charity odd sock non-uniform day to raise money for Elizabeth’s Legacy of Hope. ELoH is a charity which provide prosthetics for children in Africa and India. The school began supporting this charity in October 2019 and is committed to ongoing fundraising to provide medical care and education for children in India. Last year we raised £3,540.95. Our recent non-uniform day raised the tremendous amount of £576.85 which means we have now raised £4103.80. The school is hoping to sponsor an aspect of the amputee programme in the future so pupils will be able to learn more about how their donations are being spent. A massive thank you to everyone who took part and donated so generously to this cause.
